Margareta Heinrich

Margareta Heinrich (1951-1994) came from Deutschkreutz (Austria). From 1975 to 1981, she studied screenwriting and directing at the University of Music and Performing Arts, Department of Film and Television, in Vienna. In her films, Heinrich dealt with political and feminist themes from the very beginning. Her documentary work has taken her to Mozambique and Nicaragua, among other places.
